SanBar Slurry Systems
Disruptive Sand Logistics Technology. No Trucks. No Dust. No Compromises.

The Patented SanBar System: Frac Sand Reinvented from Mine to Missile

SanBar Slurry Systems eliminates the weak links in last-mile frac sand logistics by replacing conventional truck-based sand logistics with a hydro transport system. No trucks. No silos. No boxes. Sand is moved directly from the sand source to the wellsite—safer, cleaner, and more efficiently. Tested in the field. Built for reliability.
SanBar Slurry Systems
Compact Footprint and Low Water Needs.

Engineered With a Focus on Moving Sand Without Excess Water

Our system creates a sand slurry using wet or dry sand with our compact Proppant Pusher™. It utilizes Patent Pending technology to maximize the sand transportation while using minimal water. This reduces operation costs by ensuring excess water isn’t being pumped to the mine to be transferred with the proppant. SanBar is focused on moving sand to your wellsite, not water.

Designed for Seamless, High-Capacity Sand Transport.

SanBar’s system can be deployed for one-off pad operations with our temporary piping engineered to handle the abrasion and tough field conditions, or as part of a long-term field development plan with permanently installed infrastructure to minimize logistic costs eliminating the need for conventional truck transport. Using our proprietary slurry pumping calculator, our inline pumping stations can be precisely placed to allow us to move sand several miles away from the source. Our inline pumps utilize telemetry systems that assure reliable operations through automation and real-time data. The system has been engineered for optimization at every step.

Flexible Wellsite Operations That Fit Your Needs.

Dewater and Pile or Direct to Missile

SanBar Slurry Systems’ technology allows for the proppant to be handled at the wellsite to ways that suit all operations—dewatered and piled to use more conventionally, or stored using our patented technology and metered directly to the missile. With no need for trucks, oversized silo systems, or boxes and forklifts, this fully integrated process ensures higher efficiency, greater safety, and reduced dust exposure. The result? Increased uptime, minimized hazards, low lease road traffic, and reduced costs.

HOW WE DO IT DIFFERENTLY

The SanBar Method: No Waste. No Weak Links.

SanBar’s system starts with direct wet sand intake—removing the need for blenders, silos, or dry storage. This streamlined entry point keeps the slurry moving and the pad footprint small.

Our system is closed and continuous, designed to adapt to any setup—hose, pipe, or hybrid. The sand stays sealed and keeps moving, ensuring maximum efficiency and flexibility in your operation.
How it works
Our onsite pits and tanks ensure your blender isn’t overloaded, providing a ready supply of sand without sacrificing efficiency. Always ready, never overwhelmed.
How it works
Skip the surge hopper circus. Our system delivers sand directly to the blender—no forklifts, no augers, no delays.
How it works
Water in. Water back. Reuse, redirect, or recirculate—we don’t waste it, we work it.

Most Commonly Asked Questions

Still have questions?

Can't find what you're looking for? Let our team answer any questions you might have.
1
What services does SanBar Slurry provide?
SanBar Slurry Systems provides a proprietary, fully integrated slurry management system for the last-mile delivery of regional frac sand. Our services include:
•Wet sand capture at the source.
•Overland slurry transport (eliminating the need for silos, boxes, forklifts, and pneumatic trailers).
•Onsite recirculating slurry regulation.
•Direct frac blender feed.
•Temporary fluid storage, reuse, and recirculation systems at the wellsite.

All systems are designed to eliminate unnecessary equipment and reduce dust, delays, and labor demands .
2
How do you ensure delivery quality and consistency?
SanBar ensures consistency through a homogenous slurry process. By pumping a consistent sand-water mixture from the source to the wellsite without intermediate handling, the system avoids surge delays, inconsistent feed rates, or material segregation. The recirculating slurry regulator ensures consistent volume and pressure output to the blender at all times.
3
What makes SanBar different from traditional sand haulers?
Traditional systems rely on silos, boxes, forklifts, and truckloads of dry sand—each introducing delay, dust, and labor complexity. SanBar eliminates this entire workflow by replacing those steps with a pipeline-based wet slurry system. There are no forklifts, boxes, or waiting on trucks to unload. Instead, it’s a continuous, dustless flow direct to the blender.
4
Can SanBar’s system be customized for my site?
Yes. The SanBar platform is modular and scalable. It can be adapted to match the layout and capacity requirements of any wellsite. The system includes mobile components such as portable storage pits and pad-integrated regulators that allow it to conform to unique operational needs.
5
Does the system require special equipment at the site?
No special permanent infrastructure is required. The SanBar system brings in mobile, temporary equipment including regulators, pits, and transfer lines. This eliminates the need for fixed silos, box staging, or large unloading areas. Everything is designed to be brought in, deployed quickly, and removed without leaving a footprint.
